Todd Carroll was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 14, 1952, and was admitted to the Bar of Georgia in 1979. Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Emory University in 1974 and a Doctor of Law Degree from Emory University School of Law in 1979. During law school he was a member of the board of editors of the Emory Law Journal and a Research, Writing and Advocacy Instructor.

He is a member of the Rome, Atlanta, and American Bar Associations. He is the sole partner in the firm Paul T. Carroll III, P.C. Mr. Carroll is a Member of the State Bar of Georgia, Member and Past-President of the Rome Bar Association; Member, Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association; Member, American Association for Justice; Member and Past-President of the Georgia Legal Services Foundation; Member and Past-President of the Georgia Legal Services Program; Member, Supreme Court Access to Justice Committee; Fellow, Lawyer’s Foundation of Georgia; Fellow, American Bar Foundation. Mr. Carroll is a Member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia and was awarded the H. Sol Clark Award by the State Bar of Georgia in 1989. He is also a Member of the Coosa River Basin Initiative; Past Member of the Floyd County Airport Commission and Past-President of the Rome Boys & Girls Club. He is a graduate of Leadership Rome and Leadership Georgia.

Mr. Carroll’s areas of practice include: General Civil Trial Practice in all Courts; Bankruptcy; Personal Injury; Airplane Crash Litigation; Automobile Accidents; Railroad Accidents; Wrongful Death; Medical Malpractice; Products Liability; Toxic Torts; Commercial and Business Litigation.
